12 Barbell classes per month. Open gym is also included and does not count against monthly sessions. This class focuses on Olympic Weightlifting and is available for all fitness levels.

Initial consultation with personalized Macros prescription.
(1) INBODY assessment per month.
Follow up check ins every 10 days.
Daily open line via text or email directly with the Coach.
